Z&M Jeeps Ltd. offers the following Returns Policy:

Z&M Jeeps will, at our discretion, allow returns for replacement or exchange only, of products that are faulty due to manufactures defect or a mistake in packing.  There are no returns for customer damage or neglect or ordering the wrong parts.  Shipping is never refundable under any circumstance.  Any item that is returned is subject to a 20% inspection and restocking fee.  Any and all returns MUST first get a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the RAN must be displayed on the outside of the package.  Any package returned without a RAN number will be treated as abandoned.
