Better than factory

As many FSJers know, trying to find factory mirrors (especially for Kaiser and AMC rigs) can be frustrating and lead to a lot of dead ends.

These mirrors don't look 100% factory — but I'd argue that they're better.

The original bar mirrors mount using two exposed screws that drill directly into the door panel. This is an effective way to hold the mirrors on, but it has a disadvantage. Water can leak down the screw and into the inside of your door pretty easily. (FSJs in general have problems with keeping water out — and this is just one example of why.)

These mirrors look incredible and they mount using a bracket and a set screw — so it isn't nearly as easy for water to get into your door. The design doesn't mean that they make your door watertight — just that they're an improvement over the factory design.

Oh, and they're beautiful. Gorgeous design and great chrome work.
